Ashford rigid heddle looms are a delight to use. Solid construction and a flat bottom allow the looms to be used on a variety of surfaces and in a variety of situations. You can weave while the loom is sitting flat on a tabletop, or with the loom in your lap and leaning on the edge of a secure surface. Loom stands are also available separately. The heddle blocks on these looms feature an up, down, and neutral position. A second heddle option on the heddle block allows double cloth to be woven, as well as for two heddles to be double up in order to create finer cloth that is woven with a denser sett. The looms feature a ratchet break system on both the warp and cloth beams. These allow for easy rolling on and easy advancing of warp and cloth while weaving.

These looms include all that you need to get weaving:

• Comes with one 7.5 dents per inch reed. Additional heddles available in 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5 and 15 dents per inch sold separately.

• Second heddle block capability. (Second rigid heddle sold separately)

• *Two Clamps to secure the loom and warping peg. *The 32” and 48” looms come with three clamps each.

• A set of cardboard warping sticks

• A warping peg

• Two stick shuttles

• Double ended sley hook/threading tool

• These looms have holes pre-drilled into the bottom that allow for the loom transform into a warping board for indirect warping. Warping board pegs sold separately.

This item will drop ship to you via FedEx from Ashford. If purchased with other in-stock items they will be sent separately. Some assembly required. A Phillips-head screwdriver and a hammer will be needed. If Local Pickup is chosen as the delivery method then this item will ship to Heddle Over Heels from Ashford and you will be notified once it is ready for pickup. Please leave a message in the order notes if you would like the loom assembled for you prior to pickup. Assembly is available only for local pickup orders.
