Weaving Classes

I often teach weaving classes at the Brookfield Craft Center, in Brookfield, CT. BCC is housed in a collection of historic buildings that once served as a mill. The fiber studio is located on the bank of the Still River, with plenty if windows and light, it is a rather idyllic weaving space. I offer classes on rigid heddle looms (we use Ashford rigid heddle looms), as well as introductory classes weaving on floor looms. Class sizes usually range from 3-6 students. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required by everyone taking classes on campus. At this time (Winter 2023/24) wearing a mask in class is optional for students.

Private Lessons

As of January 2025, I am taking an indefinite break from teaching private lessons and will not be scheduling any more in-person or online sessions. Click here for a list of weaving instructors through the Handweavers Guild of CT.
