Shipping & Handling

All handwoven items ship USPS priority mail. Excluding sole scrunchies which ship USPS first class. Orders that come in before 4pm EST usually go out the same business day, though on occasion may go out the next business day. Orders that come in after 4pm EST go out the next business day. Orders that come in on Saturday and Sunday go out Monday morning. At this time we only ship within the USA. If interested in international shipping please contact to discuss shipping options.

Ashford special order products ship via FedEx and will be drop-shipped to you from Ashford Wheels & Looms, unless opting for local pick up in which case the items will be shipped to Heddle Over Heels. Ashford usually ships within 1-3 days upon receiving the order. They are based in New Zealand and are 18 hours ahead of EST so this does effect business days. The transit time is then usually about one to one and a half weeks. However, transit time can be up to two weeks with increased shipping times worldwide at the moment. A link to the FedEx tracking services will be sent to the customer once it is available. We are only able to sale Ashford products within the USA. If outside of the USA please look at Ashford’s site to find your nearest local dealer.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time we accept returns for store credit only. Items must be in new and unused condition. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return/exchange process. We do not accept returns on custom orders of any kind. All sales are final on sale and seconds items. Custom Work

We accept custom orders on a case by case basis. We have the capability to weave yardage up to 60” wide on the loom. Pricing for custom orders is on a case by case basis taking into account the quantity, fiber, design process, and finishing work needed. Timeline for custom work will be determined by open space in the booking calendar, access to desired fibers, and the finishing work needed. Please click here for further inquiries into custom work.
